Double bedroom available for rent in spacious 2 bedroom property, located in the New Town of Edinburgh.
I am looking for a new flatmate to take over half of the tenancy from 14th August onwards as my flatmate is moving out.
The 2nd floor flat is bright and spacious with a shared modern kitchen and living area. The living room has great views of the city. The bedroom is furnished with plenty of built-in storage.
Professionals only please, due to council tax.
The rent is £440 a month, bills are not included. Bills each month roughly are £97 for council tax, £30 Electricity and £13 for wifi.
There is parking right outside the flat with a parking permit.
I am a fashion design graduate working in the city Monday-Friday. I am looking for a sociable new flatmate but respects their own space. I enjoy spending evenings with friends and exploring the city on weekends.
