Cosy homely flat in the Stockbridge area, just 20 minutes walk from the city centre. Light and airy double bedroom available, fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe and drawers and storage shelves. The boiler cupboard is situated in this room and can be noisy when showering etc. Shared bathroom with shower over bath. Fully equipped kitchen and large living room with dining space. Bills included in monthly rental:
- Gas and electric
- Internet
- Council tax

Currently advertising for the end of October but this could be subject to change - earlier or later. My current flat mates are waiting for a move in date to their new place.

I love living in this area, a small neighbourhood on the outskirts of the city centre. Locals shops and restaurants along the high street and Inverleith park is across the road. Waitrose is the local supermarket with mini Sainsbury’s and Scot-mid also within walking distance. The flat overlooks a bowling green. There’s frequent buses in to town and permit parking available outside.

My current flat mates who are childhood friends have now found a place of their own and are moving out. I’m looking for someone who is clean and tidy, shares similar interests and is looking for a friend as well as a flat mate. I’m a pretty laid back, bubbly girl who loves cooking and enjoys a glass of wine or two in the evening. Pretty active lifestyle fitting in the gym/Crossfit/yoga between two jobs. I work full time for the Scottish Government and part time at a local restaurant. I love to keep busy and socialise but also enjoy just having a chilled evening every now and again. Major foodie who loves to eat out and cook at home. Im always the hostess as I love feeding people so I thought I should play on that in my spare time hence I’m now an Airbnb experience host so will be having the occasional dinner party now and again. Also, a dog lover. Friends with the guys in the flat below us who have adorable doggies that we often keep company.
