Inverleith flat avail ASAP!

I am a 28 (almost 29!) year old professional female from Canada. I work in hospitality but work mostly daytimes and some nights. I enjoy staying in and enjoying the flat with company of my flatmate, but also love my alone time in my own space :).

I do have a small/medium sized dog who is incredibly friendly and cute. She does need a bit of attention at times so if you were to live with me, it would be of a lovely help if my new flatmate could help me by taking her out to the garden out back (lovely huge communal garden in this flat, too!) and give her pets & love if I’m at work.

The bedroom is fairly large, has a double bed, tons of shelf space and storage. It faces onto the garden as well so the window view is lovely :). Please DM me if you would like photos!!

I like to have a quiet, clean space so this isn’t one for party animals, as I sometimes work quite early in the morning. That being said, I don’t mind guests over at all just as long as it doesn’t get crazy. I clean up after myself and like to keep the communal spaces tidy. I’m not militant about it, but would like someone who shares my level of tidiness :)

Ideally I would love to have a female roommate, as I’ve been living with male roommates for a few years now but I am open to anyone as long as you’re friendly! LGBTQ friendly as well
