Double room to rent close to City Centre

Recently refurbished flat just off of Leith Walk. It's a bright flat with high ceilings. Easy walking distance into the centre of town and good bus links to Edinburgh University etc. The photographs show curtains in the bedroom but these will be replaced very soon by bespoke Georgian style shutters.

I'm hoping to find a clean like minded flatmate that would ideally become a friend as well as a tenant. Keeping this in mind I'd love for you to come and view the flat first so we can have a quick natter and you can see the living spaces for yourself.

I work full time so most day times I'll be out of the flat. Look forward to hearing from you :)
