Beautiful Room in Stockbridge flat with Garden

New flatmate wanted for November for a beautiful, relaxing flat in Comely Bank.

We have a large living room, a study, storage, access to a shared large garden, central heating, a bathroom with a bath. We're right across the road from Waitrose, only five minutes from Inverleith park and about fifteen minutes from the Botanics. Plus we have lots of great pubs nearby.

I work at ECA and also study there part-time. Due to this, the landlord requests a full-time or another part-time working person to fill the large boots left by my amazing housemate, who is moving out shortly.

I'm easy-going but am probably looking for a flatmate who likes quite a chilled and relaxing home space. I do most of my socialising away from home, don't play the music or TV loud :) and we have families with wee ones as neighbours, so we don't really have parties at the flat. Its a lovely, restful space to come back to after work and we're surrounded by nice places to go. For the price, it's been a bit of a gem.

As we're hoping to get someone in in November (the lease date), we're hoping to conduct interviews soon and some this weekend.
