Hi there, I'm Rob and I have a spacious furnished double room available In the North of Edinburgh, @ £700 per month, it's North facing close to local supermarkets (Morrisons & Lidl) and very good bus service into town and airport, there is a leisure centre about a 10 minute walk away (if that's your thing)
Shared space in the living room & kitchen, of which you'll have space in the cupboards, fridge and freezer, also cupboard space in WC/shower room,
I work long hours and I'm pretty quiet, very happy to socialise or leave you to yourself.
Don't really do that much now, but in the recent past I liked to Climb (mostly Indoors), Slacklkine (mostly outdoors) still want to learn how to ride a Unicycle (mostly failing) Snowboarding, meeting up with my friends etc. Bla bla.
Due to my daughter hopefully comng over I will only accept female housemates.
