Double room at Royal Mile - SHORT TERM (± April )

Hi Guys, professional flatmate (preferably tidy male) wanted just off the Royal Mile, super centred area. Its a short term let mostly covering April, but open from last week of March until first week of May, (leaving date is negotiable). PLEASE ONLY contact me if you can stay minimum one full month, preferably covering the dates I mentioned.

It's. a very nice big flat with bath and gas heating, rooms are facing to the west, quiet side. Please note that there is NO internet and TV in the flat so the best if you have your unlimited mobile net. But we have some basic gym equipment in the house keeping you fit.
IT IS A NON-SMOKING FLAT and will be renovated before you move in.

You will share the flat with me, I'm 40+ female, self employed artsy type with random schedule. I'm looking for a chill and responsible grown-up who keeps the noise level down, sensible and good to be around, also doesn't mind to keep the places tidy.
