Single Bedroom near University of Edinburgh!

Hi all! We’re searching for a new flat mate for a 3-room flat right next to George Square. We’re hoping to find a long-term student to stay until the summer.

The flat is lovely! It's fully furnished, with a brand-new kitchen with plenty of counter-space as well as multiple cupboards. There is a large living room with two sofas, two recliners and a TV anyone is welcome to use. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the second with a bathtub. The room comes with a single bed, new desk & chair and a chest of drawers. It is cosy and comfortable.

The flat is located near the Main Library at George Square. There is a a bus stop just up the road & opposite, on Nicolson Street. We’re also close to grocery stores (Sainsbury Local and Tesco Metro within ~3 minute walk), cafes, restaurants and pubs.

You’d be living with two lovely undergrads (3rd & 4th year) who love to chat, eat & drink wine together!

Rent is £500 per month without bills, which are £10 for WiFi monthly and roughly £30-50 for gas paid quarterly (every 3 months).
