Room available in a 2-bed roomed flat located at the Meadows and right beside Newington (easy access to bus links!). A short walk to George’s square and within walking distance of the city centre. The tenancy begins on the 8th of November.

Preferably seeking a working professional or final year postgraduate student. Despite my student status I am willing to pay my share of Council Tax for the right housemate!

I will be spending this year running between Uni classes, placements and work. So am looking for someone else who treats home as their chill space. I’m the kind of person who likes a cup of tea and a chat in the evening, but equally understand that some days you may want to be left to yourself after a long day!

Some of my favourite things about the flat are: fully furnished, electric shower, TV license included in rent, large living room and dining space, lots of storage space.

Rent is £437.50 per month.
Broadband is £13.50 each per month.
Gas bill is received quarterly.
Electricity is on a metre.
Private car park requiring permit.
