Currently looking to rent a double room out in a good area of the city only a 30 min walk from the centre as well as good bus routes and local amenities.
a spacious top floor flat in a quiet nice family and professional area that is fully furnished. Currently i am working away quite often so it would be mostly a whole flat to yourself with the odd weekend where i am back. If you are looking for something a bit more social this might not be the flat for you. If you enjoy your own space and time to relax it could be perfect!
It is also open for couples as it would be a place to feel like your own. I will say the price might be a tiny bit higher for a couple as i have split the bills in half coming to this price.
