Super central room in a newly renovated flat

Hello there!

I am doing my Erasmus next semester and I am looking for a person to take over my room in our lovely Haymarket flat.

The flat is on the second floored consists of 4 spacious double bedrooms, a pretty big living room, modern kitchen, toilet and shower-room. The landlords renovated the property in September so all surfaces, wall-paint and floors are fresh and clean. The flat is located at the very heart of Haymarket, almost opposite of the tram and train stations.

People-wise; we are currently 3 journalism students (including myself) and 1 criminology student, all studying in Edinburgh Napier University, ages ranging from 20 to 22 years old. We are all easy-going, tidy and up for a good chat but also respect each other's personal space. Watching movies and series, having the occasional wine-night and strolling around the beautiful nature that can be found within a 5-minute walk from the flat is what a week in our flat typically consists of.

The rent is £555+ bills amounting to a total of just under £600 including heating, electricity and wifi. We got a new, efficient boiler installed which means that our heating costs are thankfully quite low.

The location of the flat could not be more ideal. Haymarket includes a wide variety of shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants with easy connections to anywhere in the city. Princess Street is a mere 15-minute walk away.
