1 Bedroom Available in Marchmont

Hello Everyone!

Our flatmate is moving back to the Netherlands, so we are hoping to find an awesome new flatmate from February. We're open to short term or long term stays.

Details of the Flat:

-1 room available in a 3 bedroom flat with a wardrobe, large window and desk in the room

-Large living room with three couches, large TV (for Come Dine with Me marathons!), dining room table (for flat dinner parties!), large windows overlooking the Meadows (so we can see the rare glimpse of sunlight in Edinburgh!)

-1 bathroom with shower

-1 large kitchen with full fridge and mini freezer, shared cooking utensils and lots of storage

- Street parking available outside the flat via monthly permit from the council

-bills are not included, and come to approximately £100 per month (internet, council tax, gas & electricity, tv license)

Flatmate Wish List:

- Outgoing but with some down time during the week
- We're not a party flat per se but once upon a time when it was allowed we'd have the occasional gathering or drinks at the flat for our friends. Throughout lockdown we've tried to keep our spirits up with theme nights, games nights, tequila nights and pretty much anything we could come up with to keep entertained.
- Good banter and good sense of humour are appreciated
- Clean and respectful of other people's belongings
- Up for some wine and cheese nights or movie marathons
- Our previous flatmate dynamic included some shopping together and cooking together when possible, and doing dishes/big clean altogether when necessary. It worked well and saved ££ so we'd like to continue that if possible!

Currently one of us is furloughed and the other one is working full time from the flat.

Because of Government restrictions, we will be doing socially distanced viewings to start and Zoom chats to see if we're well matched as flatmates.
