The second-floor flat is just off Granton Square and has several different bus routes to the city center and one to the airport. Outside the flat has plenty of parking space available with an underground car park also. Inverleith Park is a 10 min walk, while the flat itself is located behind the shoreline.
Looking for a professional tenant who likes to keep a clean flat, enjoys the company of others, and is punctual with rent.
Must be able to supply a Passport or Driving license.
Also, supply last month's payslip or proof of employment.
