This is a lovely part of town - quiet and right on the water of Leith pathway, but also only a couple of minutes away from cafes, bars, shops and a Tesco supermarket. You can walk to Princes street in about 15-20 minutes and Stockbridge in 10 minutes,

Bills come to approx £120, so it works out at approximately £595 each per month. (This includes pretty fast and reliable WiFi)

No parking permit included but there's lots of parking outside (free on weekends and before 08:30 & after 17:30 during the week). You could purchase a council parking permit if you need to park during the day.

I'm a 29 year old Speech and Language Therapist from Ireland - looking for someone friendly, clean and tidy to share the apartment with!

The room is available on the basis of a minimum 5 month tenancy.
