Stunning self-contained en-suite studio

We have a beautiful and very spacious en-suite room in our welcoming and friendly family home in a stunning and characterful Victorian townhouse in central Edinburgh. A 15 minute walk/10 minute direct bus to Princes Street.

Newly-refurbished huge en-suite and self-contained studio room flooded with natural light from the vast bay window (fitted with original working shutters) this is a Victorain drawing room furnished with tastful antique furniture and fittings, an original fireplace and cornicing. The room has two sofas and an extremely comfortable double bed (in the window) . The adjoining box room has been been converted into a compact bathroom with shower, handbasin and toilet. This magnificent room is offered on a digs only basis but is equipped with microwave, fridge and kettle so you will be fully self-contained. A tea/coffee tray is also provided, with cafetière and fresh ground coffee. Free wifi. Towels provided. The room will be cleaned and bedding changed weekly.

PLEASE NOTE: the digs are offered on a room only basis and do not include access to the family kitchen. However, as the room is self-contained and well-equipped we hope this won't cause any difficulties. Access to the washing machine is of course included and a free standing clothes airer is provided.
