The house is a two minute walk away from the Saughton Mains Avenue busstop, which will take you straight to the city centre (Bus 3, 25, 30, 33, 35, 300 and more).

You'll be sharing the house with three females, all young professionals. It comes fully furnished, with dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Viewings are available on weekdays from 5.30pm and weekends all day.

The two bookshelves and small bedside tables do not come with the room. However, there is a spare bedside table that can be moved into the room and there is plenty of storage space in the large built-in closet and four drawers underneath the bed.
