My lovely and cozy room in EH1 1QR, regular tenancy agreement, official credit check by the landlord (you must have a verified income or a guarantor). The flat is at the 4th floor (yes, we have lift). The room gives on a super quiet street. Price is 500 p/month plus bills (electricity, internet, council tax) and one month of rent as deposit. In the flat you will find my lovely flatmates, both professional, working on shifts basis. We respect each other’s and the flat is basically always quiet. No party allowed in the huge living room for obvious reason.
