The flat has two bedrooms. You will be replacing me and sharing the flat with a 24 year old girl working at RBS. She is currently working from home for foreseeable future but usually works 9-5. She’s a really nice and friendly person which am sure you’ll agree with once you get to meet her.
The Landlord is a really nice, friendly, sensible guy, so you won't have any troubles if any issues come up in the flat.
