Double bedroom close to the city centre

This modern, small but cosy, top floor flat is located close to the city centre and right beside the lovely Harrison park, which is situated beside the Union canal (a beautiful 15 minute walk or 5 minute cycle ride to town). Supermarkets (Tesco, Lidl, Sainsbury...) and Fountain Park (cinema complex, bowling, restaurants and gym) are all within 5 minutes walking distance. If you like staying active, the North Merchiston Club (gym with several classes such as pilates, capoeira etc) is just on the door step, right opposite the flat. It is also located close to the city center and Napier University, Merchiston campus, and on route to Stevenson College and Heriot-Watt University with the 34 and 25 bus stops close by. The flat is also located close to the bus stop with buses which take you to the airport and it is close to the train station (Haymarket). All in all, it’s a thriving area!

The bedroom includes a loft bed (double) as well as a sofa, desk for studying/working and spacious wardrobes. The flat includes a fully equipped bathroom (electric power shower), kitchen (electric induction hob, washing machine, and all other commodities) and another double bedroom. The flat has high powered Wireless broadband. The electricity bill and the internet bill is between 15 and 35 pounds per person per month (not including council tax).

The apartment benefits from heating. Towels and linen are provided, there is an iron and an ironing board if needed.

Professionals- An additional amount (between £70 and £80) is added for the council tax on top of the monthly rent (as you will be sharing with a student and therefore get 25 % discount). Full-time students are exempt from paying council tax.
