Very central location - 15-20 min walking to Lothian Road and West End.

5 min walking distance within the flat you have an amazing Harrison Park, canal walks and cycle paths into the city.

Bills are not included, but the usual cost is £68 (council tax & internet) + £40-60 for the gas and electricity (depends on the season).

About us: Milda (33) and Connie (26). We are friendly, respectful, outgoing, and easy to get along with. We like to keep a calm, easy-going and tidy home. We enjoy a good balance of social time while also respecting each other’s privacy, always up for a chat after work or a shared movie occasionally 🍿

We’re looking for a flatmate who’s happy to stay for around 10 months (until March). The landlord is planning to sell the property at that point, so this would suit someone who is happy with a medium term stay.
