The bedroom comes with private bathroom with shower, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, king size bed, side tables and TV.

The kitchen, main bathroom and living room ( with balcony overlooking the city centre) will be the shared area.

There is a lift access and secure underground car parking available.

Bus stop is 3 min walk and there are 4 bus lines towards city centre and it takes about 25-30min to get there. There is also 1 line to the airport (35-40 min )

Shops: Morrison ( 5 min walk), Lidl, B&M and takeaway restaurants ( 15 min walk).

There are short walking distance to Forthquarter Park, Waterfront, Crammond promenade.

The price is slightly negotiable and includes the council tax, internet and the tv licence.

Professional couples are preferred, smoking and pets accepted.
