Renting a double room on Leith Walk!

Hey everyone! I’m moving out of my flat so I have to find someone to take over my room.

It’s a great room with a double sized bed and comes fully furnished. A side table right by the bed, a big wardrobe and also a chest of drawers, all in neutral white colours. The room also has two large windows so it’s very sunny and warm for the whole day!

Also, in the 1st floor flat there’s a bright living room with two big sofas, bookcase and tables, a handy kitchen with all the compliances needed and a toilet with a shower as well. The toilet is all for your own use so you’ll just share the shower with the other flatmate since her room is en-suite.

The flat is located right on the beginning of Leith Walk, a 15- minute walk from Waverley Station and the city centre. There’s a Tesco right on the corner of the road and a big Sainsbury’s only a 5 minute walk away. There are also many coffee shops and pubs around the area, as well as gyms and yoga studios.

The rent comes to £447.5 without the bills, approximately an extra £100 for WiFi, gas, electricity and council tax. Looking for a professional, with references since they’re required.
