The flat is large and in a fantastic location, only a few minutes walk to both princess street and Haymarket station. It is great for University of Edinburgh, Napier and the flat is on the 25 route for Heriot-Watt which is roughly 30 mins away.
The flat has one large shared bathroom and kitchen, but does not have a living room. Please be aware this is definitely not a party flat.
Bills are not included in the rent, and are usually £40pm making rent £470pm.
You will be sharing with 4 easy going male students aged between 20 and 22. Please note we are looking exclusively for male full-time students at this time.
