The flat is on the top floor of a modern building and has lots of light. The is also a small balcony to sit out on in the sunshine. There is a nicely sized green park on the street too.
It is based on a quiet street but is around the corner from the centre of town, Waverley Station, New Town and also Leith Walk.
Wifi is available. The flat has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave.
I am moving out and wish to find a replacement. The other flat mate is a woman in her 30's who has a small friendly dog who is very cute!
