Hello! My friend who I currently share with is moving back to London, so I’m looking for a new flat friend to take her room. The room is available from 1st June, so looking for someone as close to that date as possible.
It’s a modern two bedroom flat with a spacious kitchen-living room area. In your room there is a double bed, desk, drawers, en-suite with bath and shower and built in wardrobe with plenty storage space. There’s free parking and the flat is on Hawkhill Close, just off Easter road, so there are good bus links very close, and it’s near to Tesco and a big Lidl.
So I’m 31, I’m a primary school teacher, so tend to take it easy during the week and then have a wine or two at the weekends 💃🏻 Ideally I’d like to become friends with whoever moves in, so I’d love it if you were kind and friendly, tidy and clean and mutually respectful of each others space. So if you like prosecco, country music and sometimes hitting a spin class hard, but also sometimes eating pizza and watching Friends all day then we’ll be pals in no time.
