Hi all,
My name is David, I'm a live-out landlord for a lovely flat based in the Marchmont area of Edinburgh.
The current tenants are lovely people who all work in professional jobs, and keep the place very clean and tidy.
I have one room available (see images). The room has a shared bathroom with one other tenant (the other two rooms have private ensuites). I am advertising the room at £550 pcm.
The flat is in a great area of Edinburgh, across the road from one pub, with another at the end of the street. There is a Scotmid right below the flat for essential 11pm snacks, and the meadows is about a 2 minute walk.
