Hi everyone my name is Louis and thanks for taking the time to check out the flat.

Double bedroom available to rent in the heart of Bruntsfield. Fully refurbished in 2019, the flat is spacious bright, located on the 2nd floor with a shared garden at the back. The flat comprises of 3 bedrooms, a large lounge with bay window, and cosy fireplace. It also has 2 bathrooms. One shared with a walk-in shower and a separate bath, the other an ensuite. A brand new kitchen has been fitted with a washing machine and dishwasher.
The bedroom to rent looks out over the garden and is completely free of any noise pollution, it has a new Queensize memory foam mattress (real comfy) and chest of drawers.

My flatmates Jess, Emily and I are looking for someone who is easy going and is up for socialising. We love to cook, listen to music, go on adventures, and have a laugh.

What we do.
I am studying a masters in Real estate, Jess is an actress (and a nanny due to covid) and Emily studies Journalism.
