Double Room Available Tollcross

Hello everyone

I am looking for somebody to rent a double room in my 2-bed flat on East Fountainbridge. The property is top floor and contains a shared kitchen, bathroom and spacious living/dining room. Most furnishings are included, although some items pictured belong to my flatmate and will be leaving when she does. Rent is £475 pcm. Bills are approximately £40 to £50 pcm for electricity, gas and broadband. Council tax not included.

The flat is perfectly located with a 5-minute walk to the meadows, 15-minute walk to George Square and 10-minute walk to Princes Street. Shops are just opposite or close to the flat, as are numerous bus stops to various parts of the city and to both hospitals.

Ideally, I am looking for someone who would be able to rent until the end of June/July or early August, but there is potential for a longer letting period with a new tenancy. I am a 6th year medical student in my final year at university, so I am also looking for someone who would be okay with my long and varied work schedule/potential night-shifts. Students would be preferable for council tax purposes, but anyone is welcome!
