Double Bedroom to Rent

A double bedroom is available to rent in 3 bedroom house in Clermiston. The room has a double bed, chest of drawers, beside tables and a built in wardrobe. £575 a month which includes all Bills, WiFi and council tax. (Netflix and Amazon vid too). I live in the house with my girlfriend and our sausage dog Otto (he’s a bit barky with new people but once he gets to know you he’ll love you unconditionally!) The house has a living room, dining room, kitchen, two bathrooms, back garden and on-street parking. We only ever use the upstairs bathroom to shower as they shower is great but otherwise use the down stairs bathroom so the other is effectively yours.

The house is a 2 minute walk from the bus stop, which has buses straight into town; 41, 43, 26 as well as the 200 to the gyle and airport and the 1 and 21 to Easter road and Leith respectively. It is also a 5 minute cycle to the cycle path. Tesco and Co-op both 5 minute walk away.

We are two professional adults, one a teacher so out during the day and the other an engineer who works from home three days a week. We are looking for a friendly, tidy professional who works regular hours, willing to help keep the house clean and is easy to get along with. Feel free to get in touch with any questions.
