Lovely double room available in a 3 bedroom first floor flat - with only one occupant - in a great location 7 mins walk from Princes St and very short walk from Holyrood Park. Shared living room, also large kitchen/diner, shared bathroom, box room/study, large storage cupboard, zoned parking to the front and off street parking 2 minutes away, well-maintained communal garden, WI-FI and Sky (included). Council tax band E.

My lovely flatmate is moving to Canada so I am looking for someone to move into my front double room from October. I have a little flexibility with move in date as for me the most important thing is to find the right flatmate.

Ideally would like to live with someone who is sociable, easy going, likes cooking, will keep the flat clean and tidy, interested in exercise etc. I have a young Labrador so someone who likes dogs is a must!

I think I’d probably describe myself as pretty easy-going! I do keep my space clean and tidy, have recently got back into exercise and keen to stay motivated, go walking at the weekend, play tennis, am into anything Italian (especially Italian food...) and travel. I work during the week and am not particularly sociable then but would be up for cooking/having dinner together. At weekends am more up for doing stuff and happy to hang out if you fancy.
