Lovely double room in new modern flat

Hey there potential flatmate,

I am a friendly professional female, currently looking to fill my spare bedroom. My preference would be to live with another girl but I am open.

The room itself is a double and comes fully furnished with large fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, double bed (with under bed storage), bedside table and small wall mounted desk that folds down into a small shelf. The room also comes with its own good sized bathroom which essentially will be yours as I have my own en-suite.

The flat itself has an open plan kitchen / living room and I have all the usuals: washing machine, central heating, Wifi and a dishwasher! There's also a car park onsite with lots of available parking.

A little about me: I am an easy-going, sociable Scottish gal, with a full time job, currently wfh around 2-3 days a week. I have a pretty busy life but do like spending time in the flat hanging out and catching up with my flatmate, cooking the occasional meal together and sharing a glass of wine etc. so it would be great to find a friendly, chilled housemate who is up for doing the same :)

I do like to keep the flat clean and tidy and am looking for someone who is like-minded and happy to pitch in on the housework.

The flat is located in the heart of Abbeyhill/Meadowbank about a 10-15 minute walk into the city center and has a good selection of regular buses. The Meadowbank shopping centre (which has a large Lidl and Sainsbury's) is a couple of minutes walk away. We also have Arthur's seat right on the doorstep which is great for nice walks!

I can be a little flexible on the move in date so if you would like to move in before /after 14th Apr please let me know and we can potentially work something out :)
