Flat is located ideally on Drummond St. close to Tesco, Lidl, Sainsbury, and many many other small and large stores, trendy cafes, restaurants, and theatres. Also Royal Mile and Princess St. are 5 minutes’ walk away. Holyrood park (and the volcano!) is right out your back door, museums such as Scottish National Museum, the National Gallery, Talbot Rice Gallery, Fruitmarket Gallery, and Surgeon's hall are also just 5 minutes’ walk; Waverly Rail Station is less than 10 mins walk and all the bus routes stop basically outside your door. An ideal flat mate would be a responsible mature person and preferably obsessive cleaning, although we have a fortnightly regular cleaning service arrangement.
