Lovely, spacious double room available in a villa flat within walking distance of Edinburgh city centre through the beautiful Holyrood Park.
The flat has a large, well-equipped kitchen with a dining & sitting area. There is also a leafy garden which has a patio. Permanently resident are two quirky cats.
We are looking for a responsible, respectful, positive and active flatmate who is vegetarian/vegan and not allergic to either cats or housework. We also prefer someone who is environmentally mindful.

About us; landlords/flatmates
We are an artist and teacher couple in our 50s.
We will be staying in the flat between travels abroad for work on voluntary arts, community and environmental projects.
We are enthusiastic cooks, nature lovers, happy gardeners, keen cyclists, fast walkers, Pilates practitioners and newish yogis. We love theatre, dance and music.

Flatmates: two females 28 and 31; a PhD student/film maker and a gardener. Both enjoy travelling, reading, films, live gigs, bouldering and good coffee.

Included in the rent is Council Tax (Band E), super fast broadband and all household energy bills.
