The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, and washing machine, with plenty of cabinet space.

Meadowbank shopping park, with large Sainbury's, less than 5 minutes away. 25 minute walk to Princes Street, or the bus stop is right across the street. Close to Portobello Beach too.
