Hi! I have a double room to let in a two-person tenancy in Comely Bank, available immediately.

The flat - the room has a double bed, with plenty of storage space in the room and the rest of the flat. The free room is the smaller of the two bedrooms in the flat, and the rent is split £450/400 to reflect that. There is also spacious and bright living room with a large table, ideal for working from home. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of storage space in cupboards. We’re on the second floor of a large building of 85 flats, though the entrance nearest to the flat is on the first floor. The building has a lift and plenty of storage for bikes, along with a large shared garden. There is also a caretaker on site.

The rent is £400 a month, plus an additional £110 for council tax, electricity and broadband bills.

Location – the flat is a 10/15 minute walk away from Stockbridge and the West End. There are lots of bus routes nearby that will take you to all corners of the city and beyond. Haymarket station is a 25 minute walk away, and Waverley is a short journey by bus.
