My name is David, I'm 26 and have been in Edinburgh for the last couple of years. I live in the flat with my girlfriend and we share one of the rooms. We both work for the Scottish Parliament and both enjoy going to the gym and running, which we do on most days.

Your room has been newly decorated with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside table.

The rest of the flat will be shared, large shower room and a large living area which has a fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons. The living area has a comfy sofa and chair with a tv and super-fast WiFi, a dining area with table and chairs. It also has a large hallway and cupboard, which is excellent for storing things. It is a lovely warm, light sunny flat that is ready for someone to turn up with a case.

The property is an old converted schoolhouse, there is private parking and well-kept grass area to the front. It is a short walk to a large Tesco and many other stores, and buses run regularly into Princess Street. It takes about 30 minutes to walk. The area has an array of restaurants, takeaways and bars. The shore area in Leith is a 10-minute walk. It’s a cool place with many places to eat and drink.
