A double room in our amazing newly refurbished high-ceiling flat in Stockbridge is becoming available in September.

All the rooms have a fireplace and new wooden floors. There are a massive living room and kitchen and a shared garden on the ground floor level.
The rooms are bright and spacious and offer views directly onto The Raeburn and Inverleith Park. This is an opportunity for somebody that would like to decorate their room to their liking and make it their new cozy home. Your room comes with a wardrobe and double bed frame, but is other than that unfurnished.
The rent includes council tax, utilities, WiFi and Netflix.

Stockbridge has plenty of bars shops and restaurants around and there is a variety of charity shops to help with finding furniture or other items of great value.

A bit about me:
My name is Esther, I am an Austrian 29-year old Motion Graphics Designer and have been living in Edinburgh for around 3 years now. I work in a co-working studio in Leith, so would be out of the house a lot.
I love traveling, music, arts, cooking, workouts, bouldering, hiking, a sunny day at the beach, BBQs with friends and I would like a flatmate that has similar interests and is a bit sociable.
I have lived in many flatshares, so know how to keep a place clean and how to make living together as comfortable as possible. I respect my flatmates and their privacy and quiet time, but equally like to hang out with them for a social dinner or a beer.
