The house is located in a lovely area, 3 minutes walk to a mall with shops, bakeries, cafes, fitness clubs, parks, health centres, and Napier University. Excellent transport links.

Easy access to Heriot-Watt University and Edinburgh City Centre too.

The house is clean, aired, secured, quiet, comfortable, spacious, and has a beautiful garden.

There are two professionals and one couple who live in the house. They are very quiet, respectful, and friendly people.
