I am a 22 year old professional so for council tax reasons will need to be another professional preferably. I am an outgoing individual who likes to be social but do respect people’s privacy and own time. I enjoy going out and socialising and would ideally like a flat mate who I can be friends with .
The flat has 2 double bedrooms, the one for rent has a en-suite, shared living area and parking space included. Looking for someone to move in around the end of next month but can be flexible if needed.
