My flatmate is leaving and her room is becoming available from the 8th of november.

The flat contains 2 bedrooms. Top floor and very sunny. It is situated in a very quiet neigborhood without external noises. All bills are included in the price (council tax, electricity-gas, broadband from plusnet). A furnished flat which has everything you need. There is a designated car park spot for you away from the main street.

You can see photos of both rooms and actually you get to choose. There is no problem with that. If you like my room, then we can swap.

There is a Tesco metro nearby and for those who drive, Morrison's and Tesco extra are a few miles down the road. Take aways, shops and Ye Olde Inn with its huge beergarden are in the neiborhood.

The bus service is excellent. No 41 will take you to the city center in 15 minutes and No 21 will take you eastwards to Leith. Also N43 will take you back home anytime through the night and the bus stop is less than a minute away.

510£ for double occupancy.

Pets are considered.

It is very good value for money.
