Spacious Double Room in Central Edinburgh

The room is now filled!

We’re a group of 3 professionals (Greg, Maurice & Shaun) looking for a sociable professional, around our age range (21-25), who we can get along with to fill our empty room.

Students are welcome to apply if they don't mind sharing council tax costs (band E ~ £48 a month each).

About us; we all just graduated from uni and are new to the city of Edinburgh. We’re really looking for another mate, rather than just a fellow tenant, who we can chill with after work, have flat meals and go to the pub with. (We're English, Scottish and Northern Irish so bonus points if you're Welsh lol). Two of us will be working from home for the foreseeable future.

The flat is a short walk from Waverley and is very central. It has a huge living area and separate kitchen area. The room is very spacious and fits a double bed, a desk and wardrobes. The main bathroom is shared between three, as one of the rooms is an ensuite, and there is a separate toilet room.

All bills (broadband, utilities, TV licence and council tax) will come to around £75 a month each. There is permit parking available.
