Double room in spacious Stockbridge flat

My flatmate is moving out soon so I am looking for someone new. It’s a two-bedroom flat in Stockbridge/Comely Bank area. It’s a lovely top-floor flat in a traditional tenement building with a big living room and kitchen-diner, with plenty of storage space. The bathroom is modern with a shower over bath. The flat has double glazing and good insulation so it is not as cold as tenement flats often are.

The room available is a double bedroom with a chest of drawers and single wardrobe. There would be room for a desk if required for working from home.

I’m a trainee solicitor, currently working from home due to COVID. I’m looking for someone friendly, relaxed and tidy, who likes to socialise but equally is just as happy having a night in with some good food and a glass of wine. I’m also more than happy with people having their own space and understand that we all need time to ourselves.

The rent is £655 per month, including council tax, utilities and broadband. I am also happy for you to come around to have a look and a chat. As I am working from home, I can be flexible about viewings. The room will be available from 27 October, although there is some room for flexibility on this as my current flatmate is already in the process of moving out.
