This well situated apartment has just undergone a full refurbishment. Absolutely everything is new. It is a 3 bed flat, but we are offering the large downstairs double bedroom here.

This double room is spacious and has a double bed. There is a large bright window with blinds. There is also a built-in cupboard and a stand alone wardrobe with ample storage space. The downstairs bathroom has a bath, shower and will be mostly for your use since the upstairs double room has an ensuite.

The upstairs double room is currently rented by a professional couple. The third room will remain spare for the moment.

The entire flat is fully furnished. The open plan living room/kitchen is very spacious and is fully stocked with a gas hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, washing machine, and ample crockery.

There is a 5 seater breakfast bar to eat at and two double leather sofas. There are Tv's in the lounge and large upstairs bedroom and an outdoor balcony which is partly covered. Wifi is installed and the new heating system is controlled by a Nest.

Parking is available on the street and is free and there are 3 supermarkets within walking distance. There is a bus stop outside the flat and regular buses take 15 minutes to the centre of town.

There is a garage that you can use for storage, and a private garden for your use.

The existing tenants are happy to take the viewings so you can meet your new flatmates and they can show you round the flat. They are a nice, professional quiet couple.
