Sadly I have to leave Scotland and go back home to France due to the current pandemic, and for that reason my roommate needs to find someone new to take over my room!

You’ll live in a bright double bedroom which comes all furnished with everything you’ll need (wardrobe, desk, bed, etc). The flat in itself is quite big, it has a fully functioning kitchen (with oven, microwave, kitchen supplies etc.), a roomy bathroom, and a TV set in the living room with cable and broadband.

The flat is also great for being right next to Holyrood Park, it’s a lovely park on the eastern side of the city where you can enjoy the sights of Edinburgh's skyline from the top of Arthur's Seat. It’s also a minute walk away from Sainsbury’s and several pound shops for all your food shopping, so very convenient! Also, there’s an easy access to bus routes to most parts of the city and there’s a parking lot right in front of the flat where you can park your car. There’s also a bike shed where you’ll be able to store your bike if you have one.

A little bit about my roommate and the girl you’ll live with! Her name is Ada, she’s a 24-year-old trans girl, British, very sociable and open-minded, she’ll quickly make you feel right at home. She loves to cook and makes delicious pastries! Btw she would prefer it if her new roommate was LGBTQ-friendly!

The bills are approximately £30-40 per month, everything included. If you don't have a UK based guarantor the agency will need you to pay six months of rent in advance, if you have a guarantor it'll be fine though!
