Hi,

I have a sunny south facing double room available on first floor of old tenement in Comely bank with a beautiful communal garden out back. 5 min walk from Inverleith Park and Stockbridge main road which is littered with cafes and all you could want over a weekend.

My previous flat mate moved back home so the room is available immediately for rent.

I include photos of the room that I will stay in when you move in which is currently being used as a lounge as I will likely be going away for 3 months this winter so you will have the whole place to yourself during this time - just need you to water the plants plzzz :)

A little about me - I work in sustainability consulting and have a van build project that I am currently working on during most weekends. When I am not working on the van I will probably be out and about exploring amazing Scotland or walking/ cycling in Inverleath Park or along the waters of Leath. I am considerate, easy going and sociable but also like to go on my own mission sometimes so I will respect if you have this urge too :)
