Lovely Double Room close to city center

A double room is available from 27th of November in a modern and cosy flat in McDonald Road. I’m moving out and I’m looking for another person who takes my room. You will be living with two friendly students (non smokers) who like spending some time together but also respect each other’s space. The flat is fully furnished including kitchen equipment, has a large living room and kitchen, a shared bathroom and three rooms. This room contains all the furniture seen in the pictures. There's also a communal garden.

The location is great, just 20’ walking to Princess Street. You can also find a few supermarkets 5’ away (Sainsbury, Tesco Express, Coop) and big supermarkets 13’ walking (a big Tesco and a Lidl). There’s a lot of bus connections in Leith Walk so it’s really well connected.
