Rent to be paid end of every month. Rent Term is of three months / possible extension.
We are looking for Mature Female who is not working from home.

Big size double room with plenty of storage to let in new built house near Edinburgh college campus, Western General Hospital. I am the landlord and I work from home to a bank based in London and travel frequently to London to meet my boss. I stay in the small third room in Edinburgh (bed room 3 in red the image sketch) and use the seating area as my work from home station when home. There is currently one professional working young woman renting in the house. The property is walking distance to the beach and Morrisons. There is frequent bus services near the house: 16, 14, 27, 37, 200 and 8. The house is 2 min away from the bus stop. There is allocated available car park in front of the house Please note the map image for accurate location. Thank you

Note: We have cat. The house is very quiet. Please: No parties, no pets and don’t use the house as a storage damp.
There is Internet, modern shower, Bath, kitchen, garden, all bills included with rent including the council tax.
We are now two females ; one working fully from home and myself blended work from home and office.
