Hi everyone!!

As my flatmate is leaving I'm looking for someone to take on her place.

I am a professional graphic designer currently working from home, very easygoing and social but also respectful of personal space. I am a very creative person, an art enthusiast and I truly enjoy doing crafts in my free time. I easily adapt to new and different situations and tend to look at the positive side of them. Also a big fan of this city and I will try to help you with whatever you need, let that be settling in the flat, settling in Edinburgh or finding Edinburgh's hidden spots.

I have a spacious double bedroom available in Broughton area, 10 minute walk from Princess Street, next to the botanic gardens, close to Leith Walk and Stockbridge.
The room comes furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe, desk, bedside table and chest of drawers. There's also a small common room available that we can convert into an office or use for any other project that you can think of for that space.
Ideally, I am looking for another young professional to share the flat with, someone friendly and fairly tidy.
