Hi all! My flatmate is having to leave Edinburgh, so there’ll be a free room in the flat where I’m staying. The flat is in Southside, a little off Nicholson St. (<1min from nearest shops, ~5min from George Sq.). The room is a moderate-to-large double room with a large wardrobe. There’s also a moderate/large showerroom (no grabrails &c.), large lounge (with a t. v.), and a moderate kitchen with all the ordinary appliances.
The rent (including internet & t. v. licence) is £1200pcm, so £600pcm each, plus £15–20pcm in summer and maybe ~£30–40pcm in winter (going off one month) each for utilities. It’ll be available from the turn of the year.
Because of the council tax exemption, only students are really suitable. Veggies/vegans are especially appropriate. Alcohol is fine, but no smoking inside. It’s a second-floor flat, and there’s no lift.
