Our flatmate is sadly moving out at the end of the year so we are looking for someone to take over her room from late December/early January.
We have a very central fully-furnished 4 bedroom flat in Viewcraig Gardens, EH8 9UN. The flat has a lovely communal lounge and fully kitted out kitchen, a downstairs bathroom /w shower and a second toilet upstairs (see photos attached).
You will be sharing with 3 people (22-25). Two of us are young working professionals (a professional actor and a bartender) and a full time student. We are all very social, laid back, clean and like to hang out together but enjoy our own personal space at times.
